I am a new custom for Verizon, honestly, I am real disappointed about that, I ordered a iphone6 plus on line on October3, verified on October4 , the expect date about that is October10. When I called them on October10, the costumer service told me they do not know why, they just FORGOT shipped my phone. LOL! They promise me they will do that October10, and I can get my phone 2 days later. How about now? I called back again, 3 times. The first lady told me I have to pay more $400, the second lady told me she can not check that. The third man told me I have to wait, cause that is iphone6 plus, really funny. Where is my phone? I may have to wait 2 moths, just for my phone. REALLY NICE, just ask for any reason for that. LOL.
