I received the email today to redeem my amazon prime and echo, however, it's not working. When I click on the click it takes me to my fios but the tiles on it still says on December 20 I will be able to redeem my amazon prime. I have already spoke to 2 agents about this issue. The first agen had no clue and the second on told me to wait when in actuality I already waited a day for the email to be sent to me already. And now when I go to the forums I can see that I am not the only customer that is having this issue. How many more agents do I have to speak to in order to get this issue resolved? This needs to be fixed.
