Verizon needs to give us a time frame to work with. I think many of us are sick of getting the runaround and being told that Verizon only has all day appointment available for tech repair. Raymour & Flanigan does a better job than that and that's a very large chain furniture store. Not only does that store give customers a reasonable time frame for delivery (which I believe is 2 hours, not 4 hours) but it also will call customers to confirm the date and time frame of the delivery.

I decided to mail a written complaint about this matter also to Verizon Customer Relations because this just isn't right and it's very unfair and insulting to those of us who are faithful and paying all of this money every month just to have the service.
