I live in Upton, MA and It has been like this for years, all of my bordering towns have fios but my town does not. Why cant they extend into my town? We have requested many times over the years but to no avail. How can I know if they are planing to expand to my town becuase Charter just isnt cutting it anymore. I need Upload speed!

Don't assume that Verizon won't extend the service into your town. Perhaps your town won't give them permission to provide the service there. Why don't you contact your selectman and ask point blank.
