Hi, I've signed up to be a Fios customer in January of this year and one of the incentives for signing up was a $50 Amazon Gift Card. I've tried calling verizon reps multiple times in the past couple of months and as of last Monday, July 29th, a rep told me they were going to send it as an e-Gift card arriving in 72 hours. I have yet to receive it. Please advise and provide an update.
