Like several others, I can't redeem my Amazon Prime membership (the tab doesn't appear on my Verizon homepage). As such, it looks like I can't get a free Echo either, because it tries to bill me $100 if I follow the link to add the Echo to my cart. Please assist when possible. Thanks!
