Jst like a lot of others on the forum....I have had my FiOS service for over a month and received the email saying that my Amazon Echo offer was ready to redeem...of course when I log in, there is no such link!? Haven't been able to find an answer on anyone elses' post, except for the "complaint uprgraded to service rep, private matter blah blah blah..."
