Tomorrow will mark the 15th business day I have been trying to work with you guys on getting my redemption panels to show in my browser window, so I can claim what is rightfully owed to me .... 15 days. And all i get is "I am going to submit another escalation ticket" .... we'll be back to you in about 3-5 days. Please make this stop and just issue me a credit back on my bill and I will stop calling.
