I, like many others on this forum, received an email stating I was eligible to redeem the promotional items via email.  I clicked on the "Let's go" link in the email, logged in with my credentials, and the "redeem amazon offer" link wasn't visible in my web browser.  I also tried to redeem the offer via "My FIOS" app on my smartphone and the link wasn't visible their either.  Could I receive assistance please?  Thank you.
