I've seen this on here a lot, I can not redeem the Amazon prime offer and have been given the run around for weeks now with everyone saying "I can't help you". does anybody know who CAN help with this? Like of the Verizon numbers and departments which do I need to call/speak with? Billing, tech support and customer service all have sais they cant help. Not that I'm looking forward to being on hold for hours. again.
