ask for billing department. Hopefully they can assist. If not call your bank and first cancel auto payment. At the same time put in a dispute with your bank for the questionable or bogus charges. Let the bank fight it out with Verizon.
never but never use autopay to pay Verizon or any company. Pay by one time payment on the web or through the app. Lastly there is an address on your bill to dispute charges etc. use it.
