I called Verizon to see if they could cancell a payment I made twice. When I called 2 days ago a spoke to a rep. i asked him if they were going to put the payment through my account a second time. He told me no. So I made another payment and the next day they took both payments. I then called verizon to try to get some assistants and Ms. Mica out of the Pennsylvania office would not let me talk to a supervisor. She would not even put them on the phone or give me a name. She said i had to wait for a call back in 48hrs. Where does this happen at? A customer should always be able to talk to a supervisor about a problem they are having. This is the worst customer service I have ever received.
