For the last 8 months I'm billed for 411 calls on my landline. I'm not making them. Billing said it's a repair issue, repair told me billing needs to do an investigation. I'm getting no where with Verizon support. The last support person I spoke with said he could not assist because he only supports fios. He transferred me back into the IVR and after 10 minutes it disconnected. Anyone have any suggestions?
and file an online complaint. You might want to also contact your states Public Utilities Commission or Public Service Commission or Department of Financial Security state’s call them different names but they regulate the Public Utilities as verizon telephone.

verizon does not like bad publicity. It costs them customers which equals revenue.
