I saw the email said your bill is ready so I logged in to my account and trying to pay the bill, but the billing page said "Your billing information is not available. There was an error in receiving your bill details. Please try again later." And since I prefer to do one-time payment through my credit card, I don't know why I'm unable to go into the pay bill page. It always stuck on the page loading screen. I really need some help with this! (ps. Also, I don't know why all the Verizon websites are loading very slow for me since the other websites are fine.
