My billing page states I'm overdue, although the automated phone system states the correct dollar amount I owe for the correct date bill due.

 

Also, we received a letter, concerning shut off, when the bill was paid online ontime.

 

help me get this straightened out... before a collection agency starts calling!

Have you tried calling billing to see what's up?
