The service is so trashy that it is disrespectful ! My story is so long that I don't even want to explain it in detail. They took out money from my account without authorization and I had a credit from Verizon fios that was on my account. I call that fraud! What do you think if that! Fraud!!!! Spoke to customer service manager and they credited three transactions back to my checking. Fraud!!! Wish this company loses many people,they Suck!!!!!!! I am a former customer service rep for IRS and we treated people with respect better then this company. Discraceful!!
