Fios digital voice restoration fee is charging $50 to reactivate your services plus the late fee. Spoke with supervisor and two agents that could not tell me where i can find this information.....but i see if u "voluntarily" have your service suspended for 30 days to 9 months then the fee applies. Please help find this reactivation for restoration fee. The manager from Massachusetts was very rude, if the employees are traned on this information shouldnt the customer be notified as well.
