ive been calling verizon since 4/23 OVER course of 4 days-TO CANCEL SERVICES/ACCOUNT-7X AND EVERY TIME I CALLED AND THE REP PUT ME ON HOLD SUPPOSEDLY STATING THEY WERE COMPLYING TO MY REQUEST AND SAID THEY BE BACK...NEXT IM EITHER GETTING APPARENTLY TRANSFERRED SOMEWHERE TO ANOTHER PERSON WHO ISNT EVEN ABLE 2 ASSIST ME THEN TRANSFERRED AGAIN 2 ANOTHER WRONG DEPT & THEN DISCONNECTED OR THE REPS I SPOKE W/ THEN HAD T AGAIN-3MORE X EXPLAIN I HAD ALREADY BEEN SPEAKING WITH/THEN PUT ON HOLD/REGARDING  CANCELING MY SERVICES AS SOON AND WHENEVER THEY DID THIS-AS THEY PUT ME ON HOLD EVERY TIME I CALLED I WAS INCONVENIENTLY AND SUSPICIOUSLY...TREATED VERY RUDELY, &ALSO SEEMS LIKE AN INTENTIONAL WAY THEY USE AS-2 STALL MY REQUEST AND DELAY MY REQUEST-AS A MEANS 2GET MORE MONEY THAT REST ASSURED I WILL NOT PAY MY FINAL BILL UNTIL ITS ADJUSTED AND THIS ISSUE OF CANCELLING I INITATED ON FROM 4/23 PRIOR TO NEW BILLING CYCLE STARTING, WHEN I 1ST TRIED2CANCEL& THESE ARE ALREADY THE REASONS WHY I AND 1000'S OF OTHERS HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS HASSL WHEN THY WANT 2 CANCEL REGARDING SERVICE AS AN EXISTING CUSTOMERS. AS WELL AS THE OVER INFLATED COST4 SERVICES4THEY CHARGE AGTER THOSE 2 YRS AND JUST KEEP INCREASING FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS WHO END UP PAYING 2X+ MORE THAN THE 79.99 4-3SERV DEAL TACTIC USED 2 IN DRAW SUCKERS WHO LIKE ME NOW STUCK PAYING 150.00+4-ONLY2-SER W/JUST BASIC CHANNEL PACKAGE. N SAME 2/25MPS INTERNET SPEED I WAS LIED2-LAST TIME RENEWING-AND WAS TOLE BY REP IT WAS INCREASING-2 50/50 FOR FREE-AS ANO COST CUSTOMER COURTESY-NEVER HAPPENED- AS BILL IS TILL FOR 25/25 AND COSTS MORE THAN THEIR 50/50 PRICE PERIOD NEW OR EXISTING!HORRIBLE! AND THE REP ON THE PHONE ALSO STATED I COULD MAKE THESE CHANGES AND CANCEL OR ADD SERVICES ON THE WEBSITE....LIARS

 BC EVEN THE ONLINE CHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION AVAILABLE TO ANYONE TO DO ONLINE. AND MORE INCOMPETENCE AND LIES AND JUST ANOTHER WAY TO STALL AND CHARGE PEOPLE MONEY KNOWING THEY HAVE NO REPS APPARENTLY WHO DEAL WITH CANCELING ACCOUNTS ON THE WEEKENDS, VERIZON..SORRY BY YOUR CUSTOMER SERIVE AND POLICIES ARE THE WORST AND THE RELIABILITY,QUALITY AND OR SPEED OF SERVICES MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO A CUSTOMER WHEN COMPARED TO HOW THEY DESERVE TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND NOT THIS IGNORANT INTENTIONAL INDIGNANT AVOIDANCE TACTIC TO AS FAR WITH THEIR REASONS AND REQUSTS FOR CHANGING THEIR SERVICES WHICH SHOULD BE DONE IN A TIMELY EFFICIENT MANNER. INSTEAD WE DEAL WITH RUDE PEOPLE, ARE INCONVENIENCED BY HAVING TO CONSITENTLY AND ANNOYINGLY WASTE TIME WITH DEALING THIS SOEMTHING PRETTY SIMPLE AS FLIPPING A **bleep** SWITCH TO DO. UNREAL!
