How do I get in touch with a supervisor or executive who actually cares about customer service? My bill has been wrong for 2 YEARS, my equipment doesn't work, I was extorted out of $230 when my service was suspended 5 DAYS before my bill was even due and now I'm being charged for 11 cinemax channels which I no longer have. It's completely unacceptable and everyone I talk to is completely incompetent and couldn't care less about customer service.
