How do I order new cable boxes?  This website, this customer service, this company is not helpful.  I am tired of trying multiple phone numbers over multiple days to get an answer.  NOT WORTH IT

The Option is available on the Main Overview Screen when you logon to MyVerizon.

From there select TV and there will be an option to add/return equipment.
