Cable line ripped from house by truck

Message 1 of 2

I'm writing this post on behalf of my client.

Her Verizon cable wire has been ripped from her house by a passing truck.  I have searched online and spent an hour on the phone to no avail.  I've seen that forum moderators have taken forum posts and escalated them as support tickets.  I'm asking a moderator to do the same.  Please use the email connected the Verizon forum account FHAssistant for correspondence.  Thanks.

The person with the issue needs to contact Verizon directly at 1-800-verizon.  Agents would need account and other information that should not be passed through a third party.
