After I click to order, I get to the page that says to review my order and click continue. When I click continue, I always get a message that reads, "Unable to process your request." I can't contact support online, since I don't have any Verizon services. Is there any hope?
I think you may have answered your own question there ... Starzplay thru Verizon is probably for Verizon customers of one of their Internet plans only.
If I remember correctly, Netflix partnered with Starzplay to provide content. Perhaps you could subscribe to service like that (which is service provider agnostic) and get what you're after thru them.
