Can't Redeem Rewards Card

Hello, 

I am experiencing an issue in redeeming the $250 rewards card for siging up for new service. In trying to register for get the reward, I get an error message stating the page timed out. I've tried calling and all I've gotten was the run around and/or the automated service. I have always liked Verizon's products/service but I should not have to go through these lengths to obtain such a simple reward. Any assistance would be most helpful.
