I'm still over a week aways from being a customer...just signed up but its been such a nighmare thus far and waste of my time that I already am going to cancel. I was told the installation date can be easily changed when i signed up but it s already wasted my cell phone minutes and patience for the last hour....they can't change the date! I have a big installation of 7 units and they have no time ever! yes ever! problem is I'm building a house and it's been delayed. Guess they will show up and get turned aways. Chat person said I had to call...but they chatted me into signing up and said date is easy to change..told me you can go as far as 2 months out...oh well. Have fun with these guys...going to go with directv and the local cable for internet...(actually faster 90mps) anyway.
