I’m supposed to get a $200 gift card for signing up for Whole-Home Fios Gigabit. I received an email that reminds me to redeem it but the link in the email simply directs to my account overview page and I don't find any "redeem gift card" options and continues in this loop. I’ve gone through My Fios app and it doesn’t show up there or through the website on any device I try to use the link from my email. This has now been weeks of trying to redeem it. I’ve been unable to get help from the chat or on the phone for hours and have been wasting time with this issue. Why is Verizon making this so difficult. Do they want people to cancel their service over this? Can someone help?
