Can't upgrade my services online....

I have tried a couple times and have tried on different computers but I cannot change / upgrade my services online. A message comes up and says to call 1800VERIZON. I prefer to see all the options available to me rather than talking to someone on the phone and have them give me services I did not choose (has happened before). Can anyone help fix my account.
