Can you stop emailing me every time it's going to snow?

I really don't need my internet provider to email me every time there's going to be a few inches of snow to tell me how to not be an idiot.

How do stop getting these silly emails?

Go and log in to your online portal for your account. Under preferences there us a communication tab. Simply uncheck “email” very simple.
