I was able to redeem my Amazon prime subscription without a problem. But when I added the Amazon echo to my cart and proceeded to check out, there was no credit for the purchase as promised.
The chat representative I corresponded with gave me the phone number for the rewards department. The gentleman I spoke to in the rewards apartment said a lot of people were having this issue and said I needed to be transferred. I was transferred to some automated gift card support line and had no choice but to hang up. I hope I can get some help in this forum.
