Cant redeem rewards

Received an email stating I'm now eligible to receive my 300$ in rewards, which was part of my account sign up. 3, 100$ cards. I select the link from the email to redeem now. I have no rewards button to select I have no options to redeem. When you click redemption help, it loops you back to selecting availability for services. I DONT NEED SERVICES I NEED WHAT WAS PROMISED! OR MAYBE A NEW SWEVICE IS WHAT I NEED!?!?!?
