Cant seem to buy a bundle on-line

Whenever I try to buy the Fios TV/Internet bundle, I am asked for my User ID and Password.  When I provide that -- it indicates that my service will be disconected on August 19 and then asks for my phone number...

I do not have a verizon phone number and it does not ask for my internet account number.

Does anyone else have this problem?    Can I purchase the bundle if I already have one of the services?

If you have just internet and tv and you're not in a bundle, you can order one.  Have you gotten your issue resolved with the web-site yet?  If you call regular customer service, they can put you in a bundle too.
