Entered into a new Verizon 2 year commitment from a monthly contract.  Included was a free “pick your premium” channel for 2 years.

 

One day later Tried to add dvr services and change my free promotional “pick your premium” from showtime to HBO. Website says $12 increase.  Emailed quote shows $30 increase and $25 fees to ship me a new dvr which I don’t need.

 

Calls and chats with customer service yield nothing but frustration and me eventually having the dvr service removed and hbo removed.  

 

Cant get back my free showtime either.  

 

Verizon is very disreputable.  Don’t trust this company for anything.
