Service charges are getting out of hand, First I called for an additional set top box for my TV. Since the closet place is over an hour they have to ship it, and they want to charge me for the shipping, and 2.99 ( I I hear its going up) am month on top of that. I opted not to get a new set top box. Now with the increase in more fees from Verizon I am seriously considering changing my TV provider, no what cablevision is here, and I am a short 5 min walk from my house to the cablevision office. So if I want a set top , or have a problem, its right here. That is point one.


I am sorry to leave you , you have provided excellent service, but since your not upfront with things, and the cost is rising alarmingly I will have to consider all options.


I hope the community also looks into options.. Maybe if enough people balk, you may consider your stance on bilking the customer you had for years, and not rewarding them for their loyalty.
