I need support very quickly from someone who can honor a representatives promise.
I was promised that I would be able to have installation waived on a new service now Verizon will not honor. Before I disconnect all services I am giving Verizon o e more shot.
You won’t get that assistance here. Most you will get is “this has been escalated to a Verizon agent” then your thread locked and no help.
