I decided to write Ivan Seidenberg the CEO of Verizon to ask about what I can do to get service in an underserved area in Florida. Much to my surprise I recieve a visit from the Regional Verizon Manager in my area, asking how he can help me and what options do we have out here for internet service. He then leaves my house and says he will be in contact with me?

What kind of trouble have I opened up.

Wait & See, Maybe more people should write to the higher ups and customer service would possible improve..but don't hold your breath..)
