I have been having significant issues with my service over the last couple months, I am having to take hours out of my day to either be on the phone with a customer service rep or technician giving me the same solution attempts that don’t work and then end up having to have a technician come out. I can not seem to get a connection that works for more than a week and I am tired of having to take time out of my work week to get it fixed. I asked a customer service rep if there was someone else I could talk to after they said I couldn’t cancel my router order until 4 days from now- when the router would be here. The call either failed or I was hung up on and I am not going to sit on the phone for another hour. Is there an email I can send all of this to? I am very displeased with my service in all aspects.
