Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".
Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

Me too. I agreed to a contract price to renew my contract for two years. I had a good deal, and they raised it a little bit, which was fine. They have yet to honor it, and that was back in November. When I called to complain, they said they don't have that deal anymore, so they will have to adjust it manually every month. Which I objected to, but they did it every month, after, of course, I called and complained. This month they refused to do it, saying it was at their option. That's illegal- nasty woment told me I was out of luck and refused to provide a copy of the contract they claim I agreed to or make the adjustments. They then did the same thiing in January with a 50% off bundle. Bait and switch. Do not use Verizon. Under any circumstances.

I had exactly the same experience! My bundle went up $30 for the same package. I asked the CSR how can they offer a new customer my package for $99 dollars ( my original price) AND free HBO for a year while charging me ( the loyal cutomer $30 a month more). Am I paying for someone else's free deal? Sounds like it to me. They offset ALL their business costs on us so why not charge us for all the "deals" too! **bleep** crooks if you ask me.
