In hopes of someone from Verizon actually caring I'd like to mention just how awful their customer service has been. The problem is simple. My triple play service was transferred to a new address and I was required to get a new phone number. My existing account reflects the new address but still shows the old account/phone number and does not show any of my current services. I spent hours getting no answer and transferred through the phone prompt maze before being told to just create a new online account. I asked to speak to someone else or the manager and was "disconnected" from the tech support line. Thank you Verizon for taking hours of my day to not solve the problem and hang up on a paying customer.
