I tried to make changes to my products and services since last weekend. So, I went onine to make the changes to get the messages to call Verizon. I call and the agent had trouble accessing my account and put a ticket in to have it adjusted. Never received a call back regarding that being resolved. Call tonight and the agent said he can't access my account to make changes but is able to see my latest bill.
Anyone have any ideas of what is going on? I want to get rid of my International Calling Plan since we are not using it.

Verizon tech support can not delete my extra personal web space and everytime i try to delete it I get this message:
