Today I spent 1 hrs on the phone talking to two representatives that couldn't explain tome at lavabo my bill, I switch from comcast to you guys and completely regret it because the customer service is terrible. The only good customer service that I had was with two supervisors that Spoke with that were wonderful and understood the problem that I was havening I am seriously thinking about switching back to your competitor.
