You clearly do not understand the problem. I've been calling CS ask some questions about options. I keep getting overseas non-native english speakersthat cannot carry on a conversation, I only get scripted sentences. That's the same problem the originaor of this thread has. My questions are simple. It's been frustrating enough to make me give up on FIOS options and ct the cord without further ado.
