I noticed some people seem to have issues with customer support. I just wanted to say the times I have called It's been really a good expierence. (3-4 times)

Kudos to the Verizon staff in Pittsburgh Pa. That's where my calls always seem to end up.Smiley Very Happy

 

My only complaint is the time it takes to get to a human being.

Just wondering, how long did you wait?  I had to hang up because the battery on my phone was getting low 😞

Oops, I can't update my reply.  Anyhow I called again and I discovered a call back option!   I don't have to wait on hold.  I'm happy 🙂
