I have been on the phone holding for one hour. Reason they say my cable box was delivered but it was the wrong one. We sent the  the other  one back. Now we have no cable and cannot get in touch with anyone. Customer service is terrible. Packages for picking channels are not good. Chat is down to website as well. This is ridiculous. They promised me a 2 year contract with a price but goes up suddenly. Not a happy customer. Think twice before switching over. Comcast might be getting us back. Still on hold. I was warned about getting their cable. Should have listened. Still on phone waiting over an hour.

I'm waiting on the phone also. I finally got a "We will call you back there are long wait times" and left my number. I have been trying to get in touch for over two hours. No call back yet.

Is you issue account specific?

If not, have you tried searching the forums.

I have found that accessing them via twitter is rahter responsive @verizonsupport.
