I have been on the phone holding for one hour. Reason they say my cable box was delivered but it was the wrong one. We sent the the other one back. Now we have no cable and cannot get in touch with anyone. Customer service is terrible. Packages for picking channels are not good. Chat is down to website as well. This is ridiculous. They promised me a 2 year contract with a price but goes up suddenly. Not a happy customer. Think twice before switching over. Comcast might be getting us back. Still on hold. I was warned about getting their cable. Should have listened. Still on phone waiting over an hour.

I have found that accessing them via twitter is rahter responsive @verizonsupport.
