I CHANGED MY SERVICE FROM TIME WARNER CABLE AND THE DIFERENCE IN SERVICE IS INCREDIBLE I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY VERIZON IS ASSOCIACTED WITH DIRECT TV...............TRY CALLING DIRECT TV AND THEIR CSR DEPT IS VERYUNPROFFESIONAL.........

They are probably tired of people YELLING AT THEM all the time, like you did with your all Caps Message.
