In December 2018, Verizon ran a line through my front lawn. Just had my sprinkler system opened for the season & found a pipe in the hole that was dug had been broken. Had this repaired at $$. Please advise how to go about filing a claim to recoup the $$. Have pictures & bill. Thank you, Eileen
