we recently had fios installed after calling the company that installed our sytem becaus it was not working properly they dug to find out the problem and they noticed the fios line was over top of our water line which was smashed we were never told I have since had the pipe repaired and I have pictures I would like to reimbursed for the cost of the repair It would have been nice if we were informed they broke the pipe
