I'm having issues with redeeming the Disney+ promotion I received. I tried to redeem it through the my Verizon App but it won't allow me to log into the app. I attempted to go onto the dedicated page here, but after signing in it was to no avail. I hadn't received an email about it either, maybe since the service wasn't installed yet? What if I can't access it after the service is install like many other users?

I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with Verizon yesterday trying to figure out how to redeem the Disney+. I don't think the lady had any clue. She just kept saying try this, or try that.Ridiculous. That was when I found out that you can get Netflix, and You Tube on the TV box, but not Disney+. Customer service suggested I purchase a Fire stick or xbox to watch it on. They give you 30 days to decide if you want their service, it only took 1 for me to say no, they can keep it.
