Was the E mail I just received "Important Information about managing your on line preferences" really from Verizon?
I want to make sure before I reply by opting out!
On 04/12/2013, verizon added services to my phone plan. I did not add these services. I had been happily paying a $41 phone plan. On may10, I realized that my phone had services that Idid not request or authorize. On May 10, I called Verizon as to who ordered the services because I did not. Verizon is billing me for services that I did not order.That's not fair. On May10, I spoke to the representative and had my phone package changed to the freedom plan.
