ECHO redemption issue

I signed up as a new FIOS customer the beginning of December.  So I finally was able to redeem the amazon prime for a yr but the echo still hasn't come.  I called numerous times & they keep telling me it's coming...  it is now Feb. & I don't want to lose the offer.    Can someone help me out please?  Thank you...
