Why is my email account disabled and WHY can't I even get into my account and WHY doesn't verizon have a way to email THEM directly without having to sit on the phone all day?

1. Is your bill paid? Is this a primary or a sub account? Have you recently made any changes to your account? Where are you getting the message saying your account is disabled? What exactly does that message say?

2. This is probably because your account is DISABLED, as you stated question 1.
